Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on March 6, 2023 from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The facility was toured, and two classrooms were measured for capacity. Items that were reviewed during the inspection include: emergency preparedness, non-medical emergency supplies, required postings, first aid kit and classroom furnishings. Policies regarding toileting, food services, programming and nap time were discussed.

A recommendation will be made for a six-month conditional license, for a capacity of 20 children from ages three to five years
