Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/21/2023. 5 children (9pts) were in attendance with 1 Caregiver. The physical space, required posted documents, attendance, 2 children?s records, the emergency preparedness plan, Provider/household member documents, evacuation drills and safety supplies were reviewed. No medications were on site. Age appropriate materials were available for the children. Areas of non-compliance are on the Violation Notice.
