Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 12/11/2023. 4 children (9pts) were in attendance with the Provider. The physical space, 2 children's records, Provider/household member documents, posted documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the Provider and preparing for lunch (chicken & rice soup). Age appropriate materials were available for the children throughout the classroom. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
