An announced initial licensing inspection was conducted today.
There were no children present.

All areas of the standards were reviewed but, compliance could not be determined because the family day home is not fully operational yet. Policies, procedures, the physical plant, equipment, emergency supplies and plans, first aid and CPR certification, materials and schedules were reviewed. The provider and the assistant have completed Phase II training.

The Inspector reviewed two staff records to ensure documentation was complete.
