An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There were four children present (ages 4yrs-7yrs), plus the provider's children for a total of seven points, with the provider and an assistant.
The children were playing with toys, playing electronic games and playing an electric piano.
Four child records were reviewed.

Based on a tour of the home the provider failed to ensure that all medication is kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
