A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 9/18/24. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

A written care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
Child #1, who has been enrolled for six months, has a diagnosed food allergy and did not have a written care plan in their file.
Plan of Correction: The Parent of Child #1 informed the child's physician for this record/plan. The written care will be available tomorrow.
