An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on July 30, 2024 and completed on August 5, 2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on July 23, 2024 relating to programs. The inspector reviewed one staff record on-site on July 30, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
