An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiate and completed on December 19, 2024, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to staff-to-children ratio requirements. The on-site inspection began at 10:12 am and ended at 2:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 88 children present and 20 staff. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
