An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on July 22, 2025, as a result of a modification request to add two classrooms. The on-site inspection began at 5:15 pm and ended at 6:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included observations and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. All staff training was conducted from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
