Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/07/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/7/25 relating to allegations of supervision of a child. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 1 staff record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
