Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 1/8/2024 between the hours of 11:15am through 11:45am. There were no children present at the time of inspection. A total of 1 staff file and 2 household member?s files were reviewed. A complete inspection of the programming space, emergency supplies and procedures, and required postings were inspected. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys and the home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
