Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 12/8/23 from 10:20am to 11:05am with the provider. There were four children in care, ranging in age from 12-months to two-years-old, for a total of 12 points. Children were observed watching a television show while the provider prepared lunch, washing hands, eating lunch, washing hands again, and having free play. Lunch served was pizza, green beans, corn, apples and grapes for the older children, and the younger children had applesauce pouches instead of the fresh fruit. One child ate food from home due to food allergies. Five child records and updates to the provider?s record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid as well as Medication Administration Training. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
