Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was conducted on 04/18/2023 from the hours of approximately 1:05 p.m. to 1:55 p.m. There were 2 children (4 points) with Provider present today, within the supervision guidelines. Provider and 3 household members records were reviewed and found complete. All enrolled children's files were reviewed. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 5 children. Children were observed napping. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. No violations were issued today. Thank you for your cooperation.
