Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/18/2023 from the hours of approximately 1:05 p.m. to 1:55 p.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 2 children (4 points) with Provider present today, within the supervision guidelines. Provider and 3 household members records were reviewed and found complete. All enrolled children's files were reviewed. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 5 children. Children were observed napping. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
