Inspector Notes

An unannounced 60 Day monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/27/2023 between the hours of approximately 8:20 a.m. and 8:50 a.m.There was 1 child present (age 10 years) with the Provider for a total of 0 points within the supervision guidelines. The child was observed watching a show on a tablet. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
