Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:20 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. There were 5 children present with the Provider for a total of 16 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, a crib being used by an infant, did not have a tight-fitting bottom cover.

Evidence: A crib being used by Child #4 had a swaddle blanket laid across the mattress instead of a tight-fitting bottom cover.
