Inspector Notes

A scheduled initial inspection was conducted on 3/28/2023 from 3pm to 4:45 pm. There were no children in care. The Licensing Inspector reviewed background checks for the corporate officers and other requested program records submitted by the facility. A physical plant walk-through was done, and room and playground measurements were done.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
