Inspector Notes

An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/14/2023 between the hours of 1:24pm-2:05pm. There were 5 children directly supervised by the caregiver. The home,1 caregiver record, 3 children?s records, and evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed during naptime and resting quietly. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
