Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 06/10/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Based on record review, the provider did not maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child as it occurs.
Evidence:
1. Three children were in care during inspection.
2. No children were marked present on the attendance record for 6/10/2024.
3. The attendance record for the previous month did not document the departure of each child.
