Inspector Notes

An unannounced 60-day monitoring inspection was conducted on June 1, 2023 with center director. The inspection began at approximately 10:40 AM and concluded at 11:50 AM. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 4 years to 5 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector observed children participating in an age appropriate activity with staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
