Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated in response to a complaint received regarding allegations of staffing and supervision that occurred at the center on January 18, 2024. The department was notified of the incident on January 23, 2024. The investigation was initiated and completed on January 25, 2024. On January 25, 2024, the licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced inspection from approximately 11:30 AM until 12:55 PM. Interviews were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued.
