Inspector Notes
The Department received a complaint alleging non-compliance in the areas of supervision and parental agreements on April 26, 2024. An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on June 4, 2024. The licensing inspector was on-site from approximately 10:30am until 1:30pm. Interviews with the provider was completed, observations were made at the home, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
