An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 07/21/2025 and completed on 07/23/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:20 PM and ended at 2:20 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
