An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 08/28/2024 as a part of the licensure period, The on-site inspection began at 1:00pm and ended at 2:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 59 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation the center did not ensure all areas and equipment of the center, were maintained in a safe condition.
Evidence:
A floor tile at the entrance of one of the children's bathroom was broken.
2. The cubbies that were relocated inside the classrooms were not secured, posing a tipping hazard.
Evidence:
