Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 12:40 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. There were no children in care during the inspection. Documentation was reviewed including background checks, staff trainings. Childcare areas and supplies and materials were observed. A walkthrough of the home was conducted. Emergency supplies were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
