Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 4/24/23 from 11:00 am to 12:50 pm. There were no children in care. A walk through of the family day home's indoor and outdoor space was conducted to assess the physical space that will be used by children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, emergencies and nutrition, records, and emergencies. Records for the provider and household members, forms for children's records, the emergency preparedness plan, pet vaccinations, and first aid supplies were reviewed. Two cribs were on site and were checked for compliance. The family day home had a sufficient amount toys, games, books, outdoor toys and art supplies for children's use.
