Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted 12/04/2023 from 9:55 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. There were 44 children present, ranging in ages from three months to four years old with 15 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
