Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on May 18, 2023 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. The facility was toured and all indoor areas were measured for capacity. Items reviewed during the inspection included; emergency preparedness, emergency evacuation maps, required postings, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, physical plant, equipment and materials, and two agent background checks. Policies regarding arrival and departure, attendance records, transitions, supervision, and food service were discussed.
At this time the facility will be using a local playground to provide outdoor play for all age groups. A recommendation will be made for a Conditional License for a capacity of 85 serving children ages birth-12 years of age.
