Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was conducted on August 17, 2023 from 11:00 A.M.-1:35 P.M. A complaint was received in the Office of Child Care Health & Safety on July 14, 2023 regarding parent notifications of communicable disease. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, programs, and special care, provisions, and emergencies. Two staff were interviewed, one child record reviewed, and documentation regarding communicable disease was reviewed.

The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid." No violations were issued.
