Inspector Notes
A complaint inspection was conducted on February 20, 2024 from 10:04 A.M.-12:30 P.M., and on February 26, 2024 from 10:30 A.M.-3:30 P.M. A complaint was received in the Office of Child Care Health & Safety (Valley) regarding the care of children, and documentation of injury reports. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, staffing and supervision, special care provisions and emergencies and child abuse and neglect. With an outside agency five staff were interviewed, one child record, and two staff records reviewed, and documentation on injury reporting were reviewed.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation so the complaint is determined to be "not valid". No violations were issued.
