Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/08/2024 and completed on 11/08/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/30/2024 relating to allegations of Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. This inspection included interviews
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 11/21/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
Violations
1If a child needs to be excluded for a communicable disease, the child shall remain in a designated quiet area until leaving the center.
On October 24, 2024, the center contacted Child #1?s parent to pick up Child #1 due to conjunctivitis symptoms. Child #1 remained with the class and was not kept a designated quiet area until the child was picked up.
