Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated on April 8, 2025 completed on April 24, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on April 7, 2025 relating to allegations of Administration, Staff Qualifications and Training, Staffing and Supervision and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
