Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 9/1/2023 from 10am-12:05pm. Present at the inspection were the owner and directors. All spaces to be used by children in care were measured and inspected. Four staff records were reviewed. The applicant requests a capacity of 150 children. The measurements taken during the inspection confirmed 150 as the capacity. Emergency procedures, emergency supplies and required postings were reviewed. It is the recommendation that a Conditional License be issued with a maximum capacity of 150 children. All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be 60 days from the date the license is issued.
