Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/15/23 from 9:00am to 11:20am. At the time of the inspection there were 42 children in care and 9 staff members. Children were observed arriving and participating in various art activities. Records were reviewed for five children and five staff members. Medication, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and other required records and postings were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed during the exit interview.

Based on observation and interviews, it was determined that the facility did not ensure the license and any other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
