Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on April 16, 2024 from approximately 10:30 am to 11:35 am. There were no children present during inspection. Four children are currently enrolled. A total of 4 children's records and 1 caregiver record were reviewed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, home environment, emergency supplies, emergency response drills and equipment. No violations were found.
