Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 05/25/2023. The inspector reviewed initial application and floor plans. Measured all classrooms that are apart of the CO and a walkthrough of the playground area was conducted. The licensee requested capacity of 200, the measurements total of 321 children. The CO will allow for 260 max occupancy load.
