Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 03/06/2024 and 03/14/2024 in response to allegations received by the licensing office on 03/07/2024 in the area of supervision. There were a total of 63 children and 13 staff present during the inspection. Interviews were completed with staff. On 03/14/2024, the inspector arrived at the center at 8:50 AM and departed at 9:20 AM. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law and violations. The complaint
was determined to be not valid.
