22.1 Early Childhood Care and Education

During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 01/09/2025 and completed on 01/09/2025, as a part of probation. The Department issued a Special Order on 10/01/2024, to place the license on probation for a period of six months and require the licensee to contact parent, guardians or other responsible persons (families) regarding health and safety violations, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 9:35 am and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present and 13 staff. The inspector reviewed items related to the Notice of Intent (NOI). This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
