Inspector Notes
An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 8/30/2023 from 11:50am-2:15pm. There were 6 children directly supervised by the caregiver and one assistant. The home, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and eating lunch. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
