Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-10:30am to review the applicant's child care space, policies, paperwork, and supplies in order to determine if a license to operate a Family Day Home will be granted.
A review of 5 caregiver and household member files, emergency supplies and policies, indoor and outdoor space, and children's model paperwork was reviewed. Areas of non-compliance can be found in the violation notice.
