An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/24/2025 and completed on 12/1/2025 with local agencies in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/20/2025 relating to allegations of Programs and Staffing and Supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 2 staff records onsite. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
