Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on July 17, 2023 from 10:00 A.M. to 10:55 A.M. The facility was toured and all indoor areas were measured for capacity. Items reviewed during the inspection included; emergency preparedness, emergency evacuation maps, required postings, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, physical plant, equipment and materials, measurements and staff/owner background checks. Policies regarding arrival and departure, attendance records, transitions, supervision, and food service were discussed.
The facility will be using cones to block off a large back portion of the parking lot to provide outdoor play for the school age program. A recommendation will be made for a Conditional License for a capacity of 17 serving children ages 5 years to 12 years of age.
