An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 12/18/2025 and completed on 01/06/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:15 PM time and ended at 4:02 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children and 2 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records onsite and 3 staff records electronically on 1/6/2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
