During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on January 28, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 11:06 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 14. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-60-B
Children's records are required to contain parental employment addresses and emergency contact addresses. The record for Child #4 was missing the employment address for one parent and complete address for one emergency contact. The child was present during the inspection and had been in care for a year.
Plan of Correction: Provider will get information from the parent today.
Standard 8VAC20-800-960-E
Bottles shall be labeled with the child's name and date, if more than one infant is in care. Two infants were in care during inspection. One child's bottle was labeled with child name and no date. The other child's bottle was not labeled with child's name or date.
Plan of Correction: Bottles will be labeled with the child's name and date.
