Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/19/2023 from 12:30 to 1:25.
The provider had 11 children in care with herself and 2 assistants. The younger children were observed playing with the caregivers and the older children were napping.
The children had Chicken nuggets, fish sticks, rice and vegetables for lunch.
Discussed the need for all files to be converted to the new provider. Reviewed 1 staff record, a new staff and 2 children's records. No violations cited during this inspection.
