Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/24/26 and completed on the same day, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 and ended at 11:00. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 17. The inspector reviewed 2 new children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
