Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from 9:55AM to 10:55AM. There were 4 children (16 points) with the Provider. The physical space, Provider/household member records, children's files, required posted documents, the emergency preparedness plan, first aid supplies, the changing area and cribs were all in compliance. Food is brought from parents. The space contained developmentally appropriate materials. Interactions between the Provider and children was positive. The Provider plans to complete the MAT training so currently no medications are administered. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified.
