Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 1/3/2024 from 9:30am to 10:25am. 6 children (23pts) were in attendance with 2 caregivers. The physical space, 3 children's records, Provider/household member records, new assistant records, evacuation drills, attendance records and other required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed arriving, interacting with the caregivers, engaging in age appropriate activities and interacting with each other and the caregivers. Developmentally appropriate materials were available for the children.

Based on record review, the caregiver records for an assistant were incomplete. Evidence: Emergency contact information, verification of age and date of employment for new assistant were not in the file.
Plan of Correction: Emergency contact information has been filled out and a copy of the assistant's driver's license has been received. Date of employment has also been filed now.
