Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted at 1:00pm. Observed 3 children totaling 8 points with the Provider. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were napping and reading books during the inspection. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Outdoor climbing and play equipment was in the backyard. Each child brings their own food daily. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found.
