Inspector Notes
An unannounced 60 day monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/23/2023 from 12:52 pm-1:30 pm. There were 9 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. 2Evidence: Child #1 is missing the addresses of two designated persons to contact in case of an emergency if the parent cannot be reached.
